AGE REQUIREMENTS - Getaways requires all guests to be 21 years of age or older. ID verification is required before check-in. No exceptions are permitted. Families are exempt from this rule. No parties, no outside guests, no rough or disruptive behavior, and no moving of furniture. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund.

We are a small, family-owned business and regularly check on our properties. We also maintain close relationships with our neighbors to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. Guest Access:

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.



**POOL:

Host does not control the pool temperature or any maintenance required on it as it is maintained by the facility. Pool is not heated during cold months.

Host/owner has no control over temperature, maintenance, or responsibility of the pool.



All guests are expected to follow pool safety rules as posted in the pool area. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements and release host/owner/HOA from all liability.
