The cozy upper level apartment with a queen bed in the master bedroom with bath and double and single beds in the second bedroom with bath is perfect for 1-5 guests.
A short 8-10 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. Free parking for one car on our lot. There is free street parking for additional cars (except from Nov 15th-Jan11th Nights of Lights).
This 100+ year old historic home is always welcoming, tranquil, clean and safe.
Built in 1917, this 2 story house has 4 private individual apartments.
Guests reserving the listing will have two private bedrooms, one with a queen mattress and the other with a full and twin. Pillows , linens, and bedding are provided, and each bedroom has its own attached full bath.
The apartment also has a full service kitchen and living room/dining area for guests to use and enjoy.
We offer free WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, and keyless lock pad entry. There is parking on our lot for one car and free on-street parking for extra vehicles (except from Nov15th-Jan11th during Nights of Lights).
A Visitor's Center Parking Garage pass is available for guests to use for the duration of their stay. This is dependent on available space in the garage.

Guests have full access to the whole apartment without having to share space with the owners.

This apartment is on the second story. Guests must climb one flight of stairs. We provide a visitor guidebook with all the house info as well as lots of local information.
