public parking spaces at the hotel for $6 per hour or $25 per day (the spaces are limited and small). There are also two carparks on Cypress Ave 150m away that is $5.30 per day. Trams at this point can use your credit card.

General Cleanliness - Occupants agree to clean any common area up after themselves at all times. Including: Microwave, kitchen benches, stove, table, fridge, rubbish bin.
Please put way your dishes. DO NOT leave it in the kitchen bench, this includes dirty and clean dishes.
Please buy your own laundry, kitchen, toiletry products.
Not party, No noise
No smoking within the property, no open flames, or candles
No overnight guest is allowed & No pets allowed.
Report any damage immediately.
Please turn off the lights/aircon when not in use
Abusive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the property & no refund will be given. If the occupant refuses to leave the police will be asked to intervein.
