Recent house located 150 m from the sea and the coastal paths of the beach Ste Anne (Supervised), the sailing school and the diving club.

Outside, an enclosed garden with automatic gate and a terrace, garden furniture, armchairs and deckchairs and 1 barbecue.
The beach of Ste Anne is equipped with 2 seawater swimming pools, it is also a delight for windsurfers and the GR34 also passes through it.
