About this villa rental

Villa Marbella sleeps up to 7 guests with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy long days by the pool, dinners at the outdoor table, and quiet evenings surrounded by greenery. Free parking on site.
The space
The whole villa is yours. Bedroom 1 has three single beds, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. There is also a dedicated workspace.
Outside, you have a heated saltwater pool (open April to October, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM), sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a green garden, all private and just for your group. You'll also find an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower, a ping pong table, a sound system and board games. Inside, a wood-burning fireplace keeps things cozy in the colder months, and a washer and dryer are included.
Guest access
You'll have private access to the entire villa, pool, terrace, garden and parking. Nothing is shared with other guests. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Interaction with guests
We'll send you all the arrival details before your stay and are always available through messages. We respect your privacy, but if you need anything during your stay, just reach out and we'll help right away.
Good to know
Parties, events and loud gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is no lifeguard, and children must be supervised at all times. No glass in the pool area. Smoking is allowed only outside. The property has outdoor security cameras for safety. Any damage to the villa, pool or equipment will be charged according to our house rules.
