Welcome to this beautiful 105 m² flat, situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift).
Tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and traditional styles, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions – between Galeries Lafayette, the Champs-Élysées and the Grand Palais – as well as shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, furnished with a sofa (not a sofa bed) and a television.
It also features a pool table.
The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery.
The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds – one double (140 × 200) and two queen-size beds (160 × 200) – are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably.
There are 2 bathrooms available, one of which has a shower and the other a bath.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke alarm for your safety.
The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
