This super cozy spa and activity house of 177 m², featuring an indoor spa, outdoor wilderness bath, billiard table, and darts, has a highly attractive location – just a stone’s throw or two from the centre of Marielyst. Everything is within easy reach, from grocery shopping and stores to restaurants and experiences, and it is only approx. 550 metres from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly sandy beaches. The holiday home is bright and modern with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an induction hob, separate oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, additional refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living room has a smart TV and internet access, and at the other end of the large kitchen-dining area you will find a cozy entertainment area with a billiard table and darts. The holiday home has seven bedrooms; three rooms with double beds and four rooms with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet, and shower, and one of the bathrooms also features a lovely 2-person spa bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The house is heated with underfloor heating. This gem is situated on a large 1,179 m² plot with plenty of space for games and outdoor activities. You certainly will not get bored here. The garden offers a wilderness bath, trampoline, hanging chair, and football goal. On warm summer days, you can relax on the terrace, which is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers. If the weather turns rainy, you can continue enjoying the outdoors under the covered terrace. The house is not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
