About this apartment rental
Ski Access
Bear Back Lift is a quick 5-minute walk from the door, with the main resort entrance about 10 minutes away on foot. Ski down Silver Knife, which drops directly into Mountain Village and the main resort base area. To return, take the Bear Back trail alongside the lift, then walk about 5 minutes back to the condo. When snowfall and coverage are strong, skiing closer to the condo may be possible — though snowboarders should plan on walking the final flatter stretch.
Nordic ski access is also nearby: the Poop Chute trail is a 5-minute walk away, letting guests ski toward Town Center and catch the free Skyline Connect shuttle back (stop about 10 minutes from the condo on foot). As always in Big Sky, ski access is snow dependent.
Year-Round Adventure
Summer transforms Big Sky into a mountain biking haven, with nearby hiking trails for all abilities. Yellowstone National Park is a short drive away for wildlife watching and natural wonders like Old Faithful. White-water rafting, fly fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, and pickleball are all less than 15 minutes from the condo.
Living Spaces
The open-concept main level makes it easy to gather after a day of adventure — spacious living room, kitchen island seating for 4, and a dining table seating 4 more (8 total). A private back patio offers a quiet spot for mountain air, and a heated garage adds extra convenience in winter.
Three bedrooms span two levels for a balance of togetherness and privacy: two upstairs bedrooms each with their own en-suite bath, ideal for couples or parents, and a main-level twin bedroom well-suited for kids, singles, or guests who prefer fewer stairs.
