With ocean front views and restaurants and boutiques all within walking distance of this home, this is an ideal spot for a family vacation. The home has 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an ocean front deck and living area.

This middle unit of a 3 story triplex is perfect for your next beach get away. With ocean front views and restaurants and boutiques all within walking distance of this home, this is an ideal spot for a family vacation.
The unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the last bedroom has a queen bed and another en suite bathroom. There is also a back living area with a small kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge as well as a pull out sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen with beautiful ocean views has all the amenities including a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space for storing and preparing food.
The living area has a comfy couch and a flat screen TV. The open living area of the kitchen and living room have a dining table to seat the whole crew as well as a smaller table on the deck and a BBQ for outdoor meals.
There are 2 tandem parking spots to the left of the garage. One underneath the stairwell carport and the other behind on the driveway labeled #2. There is a shared coin op washer and dryer access in the garage.
Balboa Village is just a block away. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and the Fun Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa harbor daily.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

We stayed here for two weeks. It's a super neat experience. The house backs up to the beach, and across the street is the harbor. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. The house provides just about everything you';ll need for a great stay.

The house is very clean and well kept. I truly enjoyed the quietness and scenic view of the ocean from the balcony. It was exactly what I needed for rest and relaxation. Looking forward to booking again.

This property was perfect for our family and we hope to stay here for many years to come. It is THE perfect location: a full view of the ocean from the ample balcony and living areas; walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops; just enough pedestrian and bicycle traffic on the boardwalk to make for interesting people-watching and yet far enough from the town center to avoid any congestion or noise. Having 2 parking spots right off of the main boulevard was so convenient. The house and furniture were worn out just enough so as to relieve any fears of ruining anything. The house was decently clean and functional. If you're renting a house at the beach for its decor, this isn't the home for you. One caveat for parents with young children: the patio furniture is light enough for young children to push against the railing, stand on and fall over the railing. But the sliding patio door is so heavy that children under about 10 years old really can't open it.
