Unwind in the comfortable lounge after a day in the city. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, comfortably sleeping four, and a full bath plus a convenient half bath mean no morning traffic jam.
Getting around
The closest Green Line station is about a 4-minute walk and takes you straight into the Loop and downtown Chicago. Driving downtown is roughly 15 minutes. When you want the water, the nearest beach and lakefront access are about a 5-minute drive.

Everything has been recently updated and thoughtfully finished, so you can settle in and enjoy a clean, modern home base for your stay.

1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval
2.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $150 late check-out penalty.
3.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge.
4.) Please be respectful of our neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM-7:00 AM daily
5.) Pets are not allowed
