The main living level features a stunning open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare memorable meals. Great property, great location, wonderful accommodations!

My husband, 4 kids (5-11) and I stayed here for a month in mid July to Aug. The property had plenty of room for my whole family. The pool was gated and perfect for a dip to cool off, my 5-9 year olds liked it best. The patio around the pool is large and has nice sitting areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials. The linens were clean and having a cleaning person midway through our stay was wonderful. The dining and family room areas were the perfect size for family time together.
Jessica was very responsive when we had some ants join our vacation and sent the exterminator out immediately to evict them.
The location is a short walk (10min max) to the beach. We were close to shops and ice cream. Our kids really loved being across the street from the Sea School. The spent a week attending there and they were able to walk to and from with zero issues.

This is the first time I have went on vacation for more than a week. I was a little nervous but working with Jessica was easy and comforting. She answered all my questions and made my experience wonderful. The house is beautiful. There were things there I didn’t even think of-example a pump to blow up the pool floats. I didn’t need to get anything other than groceries during our stay. There was plenty of room for my family. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Not bad even for the 3 year old. There is a cart you can take so you don’t have to carry everything. You can walk to the bay in about 5 minutes. The best icecream was a block away. My daughter went to the Sanibel Sea school and had a great time. She learned to swim this summer!! The lighthouse is about a 20 minute walk with amazing views of the sunrise. There are shops and lots of places to eat on the island. I hardly left it other than going to Publix. We rented bikes- that’s a really nice way to see more of the island. I could go on and on about how wonderful our time here was. We truly did have a great time. Highly recommend!! Thanks Jessica for having us!!!
