The space
The ~800 sq. ft. in-home guest suite offers a thoughtfully designed space and feels more like an apartment than a traditional guest suite. Zen Woodland Oasis is most comfortable for two adults (perfect for a couples getaway!), though the space can accommodate four with the use of a convertible sleeper sofa.

• Full bathroom (shower only, no tub)
• Kitchenette with essential items
• Full-size washer and dryer

The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge (very small freezer section), toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, drinkware, utensils, essential spices, electric tea kettle, and air fryer. There is no stove cooktop or oven. Starter K-cup coffee pods or ground coffee and an assortment of teas is provided, along with a Brita pitcher for filtered water.
You'll enjoy the quiet, charming feel of an established neighborhood with tree-lined streets while being close to Nashville's top destinations.

The owner(s) live upstairs with a friendly DOG, and you may occasionally hear normal household activity (doorbell, minimal dog barking, etc.). The door at the top of the stairs remains closed and locked during your stay. Your space is completely private from the rest of the home.

The home runs on a single HVAC system. The space stays comfortable temperature, but send a quick message if you'd like the temperature adjusted. An oscillating fan and space heater are provided. **Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only, and an ashtray is provided. Smoking violations are subject to a $150 fine. The booking individual will be held financially liable for any damages, beyond normal wear and tear, and/or theft of property. No parties.
