Welcome to your home away from home in South Bend! Whether you’re visiting for a Notre Dame football weekend (about a 7 minute drive to the stadium), exploring the city, or spending time with family and friends, this comfortable 3-bedroom home is the perfect place to relax.
Conveniently located just minutes from the University of Notre Dame, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while enjoying the comfort of a fully equipped home.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, and a blender. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy thoughtful conveniences like a hair dryer, iron, soap, and cleaning supplies to make your stay easy and stress-free.
Step outside to enjoy the private half-court basketball area—perfect for friendly games or getting some fresh air. After a day of exploring, unwind in a cozy space designed for families, couples, business travelers, and Notre Dame visitors alike.

Please Note: There is an active railroad approximately half a mile from the home. Most guests find it to be part of the local character, but light sleepers may occasionally hear passing trains.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to a private basketball court (half court) available to guests in our backyard (basketballs will be included).
Guests will also have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living areas, finished basement, laundry room, and outdoor spaces. You’ll also have access to the driveway for free parking.
A personalized entry code will be provided before check-in for convenient self-check-in. Please note that any locked owner closets or storage areas are reserved for host use and are not accessible to guests.
