Bedrooms

Seven professionally designed bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests with comfortable mattresses, linens, storage, and room-darkening window treatments.

Bedroom 1 - The Solara Suite: Located Downstairs, king bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - The Olive Room: Located downstairs, queen bed and 43-inch Smart TV, conveniently located near the hall bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - The Terra Room: Located upstairs queen bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 - The Jardin Room: Located upstairs queen bed and 43-inch Smart TV.

Bedroom 5 - The Safari Bunk Room: Located upstairs, bunk room with two full-size beds and access to a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 6 - The Grove Room: Located upstairs sleeping area with two queen beds and access to a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 7 - The Noire Suite: Located upstairs king bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom.

Five full bathrooms provide convenient space for large families and groups.

Bathroom 2 - Downstairs Hall Bathroom: Walk-in shower, single vanity, and toilet.

Bathroom 3 - Upstairs Hall Bathroom: Tub-and-shower combination, single vanity, and toilet.

Bathroom 4 - Shared Bedroom Bathroom: Tub-and-shower combination, double vanity, and toilet.

Bathroom 5 - Noire Suite Ensuite: Walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire vacation home, including all seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, movie lounge, laundry facilities, screened pool deck, private pool, spa, and outdoor dining area. Locked housekeeping and owner-storage areas are not available for guest use.

Entry instructions and the home access code will be sent before arrival.

Parking is available for up to three vehicles:

One vehicle directly in front of the garage
One vehicle in the approved street-parking area
Additional overage parking is available throughout the resort


Please do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, fire lanes, or access points. Community parking rules and towing restrictions apply.

Guests may also use eligible Solara Resort amenities during their stay. Certain activities, including the FlowRider, may require reservations, waivers, age or height restrictions, or an additional charge determined by the resort.

Other things to note
Pool and Spa Heating

Optional pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day and must be requested in advance. When heating is purchased, the pool is set to approximately 88°F and the spa to approximately 102°F. These settings cannot be individually adjusted.

Pool heating performance may be affected by cold weather, rain, wind, and outdoor temperatures. Heating is not instantaneous, so advance notice is important. The spa is not a standalone hot tub and operates as part of the pool system.

Housekeeping

The home is professionally cleaned before arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included. Guests should place trash in the designated bins and follow the community’s waste instructions. Optional mid-stay cleaning may be available by advance request, subject to scheduling and an additional fee.

Pet Policy

Pets and emotional-support animals are not accepted unless required by applicable law. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning charges and removal from the property.

BBQ Grill

A four-burner propane BBQ grill is provided for $40 to cover our cleaning costs. Guests must operate it responsibly, keep it away from doors and screened surfaces, and never leave it unattended. Grill availability may be affected by maintenance or weather conditions.

Deliveries and Shipping

Guests should confirm delivery arrangements before sending packages to the home. The host cannot guarantee delivery timing, security, acceptance, forwarding, or recovery of packages left before arrival or after departure. Consider using a staffed pickup location for valuable or time-sensitive items.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly during hurricane season and for trips involving flights, theme-park tickets, or large groups. The property’s cancellation policy will apply to weather, transportation disruptions, illness, and other unforeseen circumstances unless otherwise required by law.

Community Respect

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect neighboring homes, keep music at a reasonable level, and supervise children in all outdoor areas.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home, on the pool deck, or elsewhere on the property.

Parties and Events

Parties, unauthorized events, commercial gatherings, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and occupancy may not exceed 14 people.

Minimum Age

The primary guest must be at least 23 years old, complete any required verification, remain at the property during the reservation, and accept responsibility for the group.

Exterior Cameras

Exterior security cameras are installed at the front and sides of the home for property security. Cameras do not monitor indoor living areas or private pool-deck spaces.

Pool and Child Safety

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be actively supervised by a responsible adult whenever they are near the pool, spa, or resort water amenities. Guests should not rely solely on doors, alarms, barriers, or safety equipment.
