The home and property worked perfectly for our party of eight adults and two children (ages 8-10) with room to spare. The accommodations are exactly as described, located in a newer development. Everything in the house was clean and functional and the kitchen was sufficientIy supplied with cookware, glassware and utensils. Bath and pool towels were very good, beds comfortable. The resort was quiet and the community pool, splash pad and gym were very nice. I can’t comment on how long it took the property manager to respond to an issue because we never had need to contact them! The only item needing improvement is the pool table, on which all of the cushions are basically dead. And there wasn’t an abundance of dish and bath soaps so you should plan on supplementing those.
