Designed for longer stays, enjoy a lovely rooftop, a dedicated room with gym equipment, a patio with a grill, and plenty of space to relax or work inside the house.

The house is laid out over two stories, with a rooftop on the third level. The first level features common areas (living room, main hall, kitchen, dining room, patio, half bathroom). The second level has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The rooftop is a large open space, with two rooms and a full bathroom.

Condesa is a trendy, originally residential neighborhood that is now very popular among young travelers, businesspeople, artists, and students. You’ll see people out and about all day long. During the day, many businesses are open, and in the afternoons and evenings, the streets are filled with people from cafes, restaurants, and bars. We’re a couple of blocks away from Parque España and Parque México, and less than a mile away from Chapultepec. You’ll also find galleries and bookstores, as well as supermarkets and just about anything else you might need.
