Welcome to Sunset Villa! A peaceful & relaxing place with a heated pool and killer sunsets! Spend the day lounging in the sun or floating your cares away. If you like morning or evening walks, the home backs up to a greenbelt with miles of golf cart paths to explore.
Great location: 1-5 miles from many restaurants, bars, shopping and the excitement of downtown Punta Gorda and Sunseeker Resort.
Our home is clean and comfortable and has all of the essentials for an enjoyable vacation.

Updated Mid Century rambler at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. In a picturesque golf course like setting.
Sunset Villa is all about outdoor living at this trendy boho tropical home. Clean & comfortable, light & bright, with all of the essentials needed for an enjoyable vacation.
This home is maintained with love & pride.
All furnishings & linens are new or like new condition. No old stained towels or microfiber sheets (in dark colors to hide stains…yuck!). All of the bath towels and bed sheets are white in color and 100% cotton.

2 full Bathrooms with a rain shower head + hand held for ease and comfort.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with all the necessities needed to prepare & serve your meals at home. For all of your drink needs, there is a Kuerig, a coffee pot coffee maker, instant hot water pot, blender & Margaritaville drink maker.
LIVING ROOM:
Comfortable seating including a new sectional with a built-in recliner and sleeper sofa

The pool table is fun for the bigger kids and grown ups in your group.

Heated pool with a 6ft deep end
Heat fees apply @ $15 per day (No heat needed for the months of May-September)

Got loud kids? No problem. Your kids can be as loud as they want in the pool area/backyard as there are no neighbors back there and noise travels out towards the open land. The next door neighbors will not be disturbed.
