The living room opens into the dining area, with large glass doors framing the lake and bringing in natural light throughout the day. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected if needed, while air conditioning, heating & a ceiling fan help keep the indoor environment comfortable.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms and shared spaces. Sleeping options include three queen beds, two twin bunk beds, and a sleeper in the living room, giving flexibility for families and groups traveling together. Bed linens, clothing storage, and essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer for longer stays.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table nearby for shared meals or casual gatherings. Whether you’re starting the day with coffee or winding down with dinner, the space supports easy, relaxed routines.

No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
