Welcome to one of St. Croix's most romantic hideaways: a bright, breezy end unit tucked inside a gated community, conveniently located on the island's East End. Wake to sunrise and complimentary coffee on your east-facing balcony, then walk to Southgate and Cheney Bay beaches, or grab a burger and cold drink next door at Cheeseburgers in America's Paradise. This is island time, done right.
The space
Cozy Cabana is a fully renovated, light-filled end unit with 14-ft. West Indies-style ceilings and cross-breezes that make the most of the trade winds. As an end unit, you'll get extra natural light and privacy compared to a typical mid-building condo. Sleep in king-sized comfort in the separate bedroom with ensuite bath, then take your morning coffee, or an evening cocktail under the stars, out on the covered balcony overlooking the pool and swaying palms.
The condo has two split air conditioners and two ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable. It also boasts a full kitchen with dishwasher, cookware and full dinnerware. A full stash of beach gear including beach towels, chairs, cooler and ice packs, beach bags, etc. is ready to go. There's also a pickleball set for play at nearby courts, as well as a small island-inspired library for lazy afternoons poolside.

Guest access
This 2nd-floor end unit is reached via exterior stairs. You'll have full access to the entire condo and the large pool with it's shady cabanas and outdoor shower. There's plenty of free parking (close to the unit) within the gated community. Self check-in via electronic keypad means you can arrive on your own schedule.
Other things to note
A dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair and free high-speed wifi makes this a great fit for a working getaway. In good island fashion, please note wifi may briefly interrupt during power outages, and light traffic noise is occasionally audible during peak travel times. You may also hear live music drifting over from Cheeseburgers some evenings... part of the island charm.
