Welcome Home to Art & Adventure - a recently completely renovated modern townhouse with eclectic furnishings and décor and well-equipped, including full size appliances and coffee dripping machine, Smart TV, and a TV antenna for local channels. Ideally found in the heart of Bentonville. This Home has a privileged location in Downtown Core.

Step into a recently renovated modern townhouse featuring eclectic furnishings and thoughtful decor. The open living space is perfect for relaxing or working, with high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace. Unwind after a day of exploring with a Smart TV and a TV antenna for local channels.
Our home is equipped with a Nest thermostat (set to ECO mode) and overhead fans in every room to keep you comfortable year-round.
Kitchen & Dining: The large, fully-equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, an electric stove, a large fridge/freezer, and a coffee dripping machine. Enjoy meals at the modern dining table with seating for four. We provide essentials to get you started, including ground coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and aluminum foil.
Sleeping Arrangements: This one-story home comfortably sleeps up to three guests.
Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed, a modern bed frame, a dresser, and a nightstand.
Living Room: An additional inflatable bed is available for one guest.
Bathroom: The modern bathroom is supplied with 3 rolls of toilet paper, 2-in-1 shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. We provide one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per guest.
Laundry: A stylish washer and dryer are available for your use, along with high-efficiency laundry detergent.
Guests will have private access to the entire townhouse. Enjoy a seamless self-check-in and check-out process using a secure lockbox. You will also have access to a private parking lot with space for two cars (parked one behind the other) right at your doorstep.
