as a duplex; it was very quiet in a quiet area of neighborhood homes just on the north end of town a less than 5 minutes to downtown Bentonville. The house was remodeled with all new appliances, large washer & Dryer, dishwasher, BBQ on deck, new deck furniture, beds were very comfy, open floor plane was great design, garage had wall hang bike rack for 4 bikes & game area too! We would rent this place again OR both units if available for a larger group or 2 families,
The accommodation really was very well done, so I would have to be a very fussy person to find a bad; especially, since they had 3 modern cellphone charging stations, plenty of towels, lots of coffee pods for coffee, fireplace, comfy furniture, big fridge & so much more.
