Nestled in the serene woods of Arrowhead Lake, Hilltop Green sits on one acre of private wooded land for your nature infused escape. After a fun filled day at the lake and pools, come back to the peaceful seclusion of our private cottage. Relax in the 7-person hot tub, rejuvenate in the luxurious cedar barrel sauna, or cozy up by the firepit under a starlit sky. Indoors, you will enjoy a warm & modern design with a fully equipped kitchen, a well-appointed coffee/tea bar, a comfortable living area, and front and back porches with lounge spaces. The home has thoughtful touches throughout to provide your stay with peace and tranquility. The property has a high speed WIFI internet along with newly installed mini split air handlers for each room to meet your comfort level.

*Cornhole, beach chairs, beach toys, outdoor games are all available for guest use*

Unlike many Pocono homes, we DO have air conditioning for comfortable days and restful nights.

Items Provided: Propane for Weber grill, firewood on site, sheets and all bed linens, plush bath towels, as well as beach/pool towels, and hot tub/sauna towels.
Streaming services (subject to change): Netflix, Hulu, Apple tv, Paramount +, Prime available on all TVs.

• Guest Registration: All guests must be registered by hosts in advance. A valid ID is required for each individual over the age of 18.
• Gate Card Fee: As a courtesy, we cover the community fee for the first two vehicles with your rental. Additional vehicles are $35 which must be registered and paid prior to arrival.
• Arrowhead Guest fees- Guest fees for the Arrowhead Lake amenities are included in your booking
• Late Registration Fee: Please ensure you register in advance of your stay. Arrowhead charges a $100 fee for any registrations made less than 3 days before arrival.
• Same-Day Registration: Not permitted. The registration cutoff is 11:59 PM the night before arrival.

All guest and vehicle information must be finalized at least 3 days before arrival. Failure to register all required guests and vehicles by this deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
