The master bedroom also offers ocean views and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has access to a separate full bathroom, creating a comfortable layout for couples, families, or friends.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.
You can also enjoy the beautifully maintained communal gardens and swimming pool—which is open year-round—within this secure gated community with 24-hour security.
The property includes its own private underground parking space within the complex.
We personally welcome guests upon arrival to hand over the keys and show you around the apartment.
We are available throughout your stay should you need any assistance.

Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the registered number of guests are strictly prohibited. This is a peaceful residential community, and noise must be kept to a minimum.

Guests are responsible for all keys and access devices provided during their stay. Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee.
