Located in Brison-Saint-Innocent, in a quiet and pleasant setting, this apartment offers quality services and all the comfort necessary for a relaxing stay just a stone's throw from the lake.

The apartment can accommodate 2 to 3 people thanks to a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed.

The bedroom has a double bed with storage space and mirror for more practicality.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, storage and towel rail, and a separate toilet ensures privacy.

Just a short walk from the village centre, you will find food shops and a bar. The beach is only 500 m away, and a bus stop is 50 m away and serves Aix-les-Bains and its surroundings.

Small but very well laid out, this living space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, completely new, is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a fridge and plenty of storage. All with a nice view of the garden.

T2 is located on the first floor of a house with a white gate. The house is located at the entrance to the village, on the main road to Paris.

A parking space is reserved for you directly inside the property. You won't have to worry about finding a place when you arrive.
The gate will be open when you arrive, so you can easily enter with your vehicle.

The house is very easy to access, just a 5-minute drive from Aix-les-Bains and the train station, and a 10-minute walk from Lake Bourget.
