The space
A bright, clean, and modern space. This apartment is furnished with a queen bed in the single bedroom and a comfortable couch in the living room. Wi-Fi is included, and with speeds up to 1 Gbps, you won't have any issues with lagging devices.
The cozy couch in the living room comfortably seats three, and with the smart flat-screen television, guests can continue to binge their favorite shows within the smart TV apps. Beside the couch, you'll find a cozy dining area for two.
Chefs will feel at home in this well-appointed kitchen with full-size appliances and everything you need to cook a meal. There is also a washer/dryer tower in the kitchen. The bar seating for four is a perfect place to enjoy a meal, a cup of coffee, or setup for work-from-home.
In the bedroom, you'll find the comfortable queen bed where you'll get an excellent night's sleep. The bedroom has a smart tv so you can watch your favorite shows while you wind down in bed. Also in the bedroom is a small dresser, a full-size mirror, and plenty of room to unpack.
Don’t miss the oasis that is the bathroom. A walk-in tile shower with glass doors. And a large walk-in closet with more than enough room for your luggage and clothes.
Off the living room, you'll find the balcony with a suspended egg chair. The perfect spot to take in some fresh air while you read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee.
Onsite, you'll find the included pool with plenty of space to lounge or swim. There are also grills available for use and a communal area with couches and a TV.

Losing the access keyfob comes with a $200 charge.
There is a minimum $100 charge for unauthorized late check-outs, and an additional $50 charge for every 30 min after the first hour.
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.
