About this house rental
Cozy little house in the heart of Madison city. Just a short drive to downtown Madison, shopping, Bridgestreet, breweries and restaurants. Most things are within 20 minutes driving. This is the perfect location if you need easy access to Redstone Arsenal and the Toyota Field. Publix grocery store is just 3 minutes down the road!
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, ensuite half bath
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, smart TV, ceiling fan
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, dedicated, smart TV, ceiling fan
Hall Bath: Tub/Shower combo with a single vanity
Living room: Comfortable sofa with accent chairs, a 55` smart TV, and a record player with some unique vinyl for your listening pleasure.
Kitchen: Equipped with all cooking needs including spices, Keurig Duo coffee maker so you can decide just how much coffee you want!
The front door has smart lock for easy access and check-in/check-out.
The driveway is a little steep, but room to turn around.
This is located on a heavily trafficked road. Road noise is likely.
Trash runs on thursdays. Please take the bin to the road at the top of the driveway if it is during your stay.

It was very comfortable.

Pros: convenient to everything; clean; big, fenced back yard with fire pit and sitting area. Comfortable beds and living area.
Cons: Directly on a busy road with heavy traffic. Wish the bedroom windows had room darkening curtains to keep out the constant stream of headlights pouring through the windows all night.
The overpowering perfume smell knocked us down when we walked inside. Multiple plug-ins were placed throughout. It was so strong we had to put them outside and yet the smell had was still strong on the 4th day when we were leaving. Caused headaches and sore throats. I swear I could taste it.
Those are the only 2 negatives.
