We are conveniently located in the heart of Madison, yet hiding away in a nice quiet place. Just 7 mins away from Hwy 72 where you will find Walmart, Targets for anything you need and lots of restaurants for you to enjoy.

The space: Welcome to Casa Oasis Corporate Rentals, where comfort meets professionalism, designed for business travelers, insurance housing, relocation stays, and families. Living Area: a stylishly furnished living room featuring a 65” HDTV, comfortable seating, and an open layout. Kitchen: fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, dishware, and ample counter space. Outdoor Living: a private back porch perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Suite with a king bed, private TV, dedicated workspace, and attached full bathroom; Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and private TV; Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and TV. Fresh linens, towels, and starter essentials provided. Location: 7 minutes to Hwy 72 for Walmart, Target, groceries and dining, with easy access to Huntsville and Research Park. Guests have access to the entire home, including driveway parking. Mid-term and long-term stays welcome.
Guest access: Digital door code will be provided for access. Garage is for storage purpose at this time.
Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $90 per pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Entry is via digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in (minimum age to rent: 21). A Ring doorbell and exterior cameras monitor the property for security only; no interior cameras. Stays of 45+ nights are subject to a mid-stay reset including maintenance, linen reset, and a compliance check.
