This single-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open, bright layout that makes it easy to gather and unwind. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked breakfasts, dinners, and everything in between. The open living area includes a cozy fireplace, ideal for chilly winter evenings, and central AC to keep you cool during warm summer days.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an attached full bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The second bedroom also offers a king bed with direct access to the outdoor courtyard. Thoughtfully designed window seats in both bedrooms offer a cozy nook for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or simply soaking in the tranquil outdoor views.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a bunk bed with a twin mattress on top and a full-size mattress on the bottom. An oversized chair in the bunk room also folds out into a twin-size bed, providing extra sleeping space when needed.

For added fun and convenience, the kitchen includes a mini beverage cooler, great for keeping drinks cold and close at hand. The garage offers additional entertainment with a foosball table, making it a great space for guests of all ages.

Guests also enjoy 8 bikes total (including 2 junior-sized bikes), making it easy to explore the area, along with 8 SHARC passes, a true family favorite featuring swimming, recreation, and a variety of activities the whole group can enjoy.

Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file or to the channel with which the home was booked.
