The studio cottage (with queen bed) is in a separate building directly adjacent to the main home.
The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove (no oven).
This home does not feature a formal dining room.
Per city ordinance, this home requires that management arranges a Meet & Greet between guests and the local staff. During the Meet & Greet, you will review Trinidad's 'Good Neighbor' policy and receive important information regarding the home (entry code, amenities, etc.)
All guests are required to complete the Good Neighbor Policy HOA form prior to check-in.
