Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, Mulberry Cottage features four beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each complete with its own ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Ideal for couples travelling together, girls trips, family getaways or wedding weekends, the thoughtful layout allows everyone to enjoy their own space while still coming together with ease.
At the heart of Mulberry Cottage is a light-filled open plan living and dining area with soaring proportions, a spacious country kitchen and an inviting open fireplace perfect for cooler Hunter Valley evenings. Large windows frame the surrounding vineyard landscape, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside.
Step outside onto the sweeping wraparound veranda and entertaining deck, where uninterrupted views across the vines create the perfect backdrop for long lunches, relaxed afternoons and sunset drinks. Fire up the BBQ, gather around the outdoor table or simply relax with a glass of Audrey Wilkinson wine while soaking in the peaceful surrounds.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.
NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
