Privately tucked away within Peppers Creek Village, the Residence is a striking stone retreat designed for unforgettable group stays in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Thoughtfully designed for families, wedding groups and friends travelling together, the Residence comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across four beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each complete with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms also features an additional king bed, making the home ideal for larger family stays, group celebrations or bridal parties getting ready for their big day.

At the centre of the property, the enormous open-plan living and dining space creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, anchored by a stunning open stone fireplace and generous entertaining areas designed for long lunches, shared dinners and relaxed evenings together. The fully equipped caterer’s kitchen makes hosting effortless, whether you are preparing a celebratory feast or enjoying a slow breakfast before exploring wine country.

Beyond the main living spaces, guests can retreat to the games room complete with a pool table and timber bar or gather outdoors in the private internal courtyard with its gas BBQ and relaxed entertaining setting. Outside, the deck overlooking the water provides a peaceful spot to take in the natural surrounds with a glass of local wine, while the private plunge pool offers the perfect place to cool off on warm Hunter Valley afternoons.

Perfectly positioned close to beloved local favourites including Enzo Cafe, the renowned Barrel Room Wedding Venue and three onsite Cellar Doors, the Residence places guests moments from the Hunter Valley’s celebrated food, wine and event experiences, while still feeling wonderfully private and secluded. Conveniently located near the township of Cessnock and just 1 hour from Newcastle Airport, it offers the ideal balance of accessibility and relaxed wine country living.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 10 guests from $1636 per night (Thursday - Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 10 guests from $1227 per night (Monday - Wednesday)

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
