Enjoy the grand country style that awaits you at The Ballabourneen Estate. This sprawling country estate is the perfect Hunter Valley retreat offering spacious accommodation for up to 13 guests. Consisting of the main 4 bedroom homestead and adjacent 2 bedroom cottage, guests at The Ballabourneen can share time together or steal away with a good book to a quiet space inside or out. The estate is peacefully situated in a quiet cul-de-sac yet is just a short drive to some lovely restaurants and cellar doors; the closest of these being Lillino's at St Clements Estate, Leaves and Fishes and Gartelmann Wines to name a few.

We could not have had a better time here! The property is huge and very well equipped, all bedrooms a great size. The land is huge and it was incredible to see kangaroos every morning. The check in/out process was really smooth and the location was great! Great for a big group of friends or a family holiday- will absolutely be back!

What an amazing country venue for a large group! So much space - lots of areas so you can be together or find a nook and chill. Super clean interior - rooms airy and beds comfy. Kitchen was amazing - butlers pantry and cool room make it a chefs delight. The property surrounded by lavender and vine roses, kangaroos lounging nearby, seats down by the pond - just idyllic! We loved the separate cottage where us younger ones had our own space to chill. Literally could not have found a better location - it made the trip even more memorable. Thanks to Unwind who were super helpful with date changes and special requests. Would highly recommend this venue!
