About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a jacuzzi for rent in Basse-sur-le-Rupt. It has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 43 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
– A 43 m² living room with a TV, a wood-burning stove (wood pellets available at an extra charge) and a dining area.
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A shower room with a shower.
– A separate toilet.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV.
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds (90×190).
– A mezzanine area with a cosy reading nook.
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
– A 35 m² terrace with a year-round hot tub that can accommodate up to 5 people, and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
– A beautiful 2,000 m² garden.
– A 28 m² balcony with furniture and a darts set.
The house is ideally situated in Basse-sur-le-Rupt, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Nearest airport: Épinal-Mirecourt, 88 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Other notes:
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; pellets can be purchased directly from the DIY store 5 km from the accommodation.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen is provided. Bath towels are not provided.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and are dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the household appliances after use.
