The cosy interior and river view create pleasant conditions for both short and longer stays. The apartment is suitable for couples, solo travellers and business guests. It can accommodate up to 2 adults.



The Space:

The apartment combines a sleeping area with a lounge and dining space. It features a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows, a Smart TV with access to cable channels, and a wardrobe providing storage space. The table with chairs can be used both for dining and as a workspace with a laptop. The windows offer a view of the Motława River.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with a freezer, an induction hob, a dishwasher and an electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and basic utensils needed for preparing meals. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a glass enclosure, a washbasin with a large mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.



The Neighborhood:

The Winter Residence building was built right on the Motława River in the Old Suburbs, just a few hundred meters south of the icon of Gdańsk – the famous Crane. The brick facades and high gables of the building refer to the port tradition of the city. The architecture of the building brings to mind the complexes of tenement houses characteristic of the Hanseatic city. The building is reflected in the waters of the Motława River, from which it is separated only by a strip of greenery. The area is full of museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, marinas, restaurants and beauty salons. There are bus and tram stops 300 meters away, and Długi Targ is just a 9-minute walk away.

- Main Town Hall – approximately 400 m

Public transport stops are located nearby, providing convenient connections to other parts of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport is approximately 15 km from the apartment.
