About this house rental
Whether you’re visiting London, working locally or exploring Kent, you’ll have the comfort and privacy of your own space, complete with a kitchenette, modern shower room, WiFi, Netflix, a coffee machine and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Although compact, the studio is bright, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The open plan living space combines a comfortable double bed, seating area, dining table, kitchenette and workspace, together with a separate modern shower room. With its own private entrance, guests can come and go independently throughout their stay.
Outside, the studio sits within the garden of my home, where guests are welcome to enjoy two attractive patio areas. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind with a drink after a day exploring London or make use of the barbecue during the warmer months. Surrounded by established trees, flowering plants and climbing roses, it feels remarkably peaceful despite being just 13 minutes from central London by train.
Lee is a very safe residential neighbourhood. Even so, guests travelling back in the evening often appreciate that Lee station is only around 200 yards from the studio, at the bottom of the road, with bus stops even closer.
Everyday amenities are just a short walk away, including supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs, making it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy a meal without travelling far. Greenwich Park, the Royal Observatory, the National Maritime Museum and Blackheath Village are also close by.
