Welcome to this spacious and elegant 185 m² family villa in Veigy-Foncenex, just outside Geneva and only a few minutes from the shores of Lake Geneva.
With its private heated swimming pool, large landscaped garden, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and air conditioning throughout the house, this villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the lake, Geneva, and the surrounding mountains in complete comfort.
The space
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms and a versatile mezzanine:
• 1 bedroom with a king-size bed
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
• 1 mezzanine with a comfortable double sofa bed
The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate 6 guests, while the mezzanine provides sleeping space for 2 additional guests.
The mezzanine also serves as a bright and comfortable additional living area, with a sofa and a dedicated workspace. When used as a sleeping area, Japanese-style sliding panels can separate it from the adjoining space for added privacy.
Comfort & remote working
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with individual air conditioning in the living room, all three bedrooms, and the mezzanine, ensuring excellent comfort, especially during the summer months.
The mezzanine features a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote working. Two of the bedrooms also have additional desks for guests who need to work or study during their stay.
Living & dining
At the heart of the house is a large and bright open-plan living area, combining a comfortable lounge, an open kitchen, and a dining area with a large table seating up to 8 guests.
The living room features a Smart TV and home cinema system, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
Outdoor living & pool
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful fully enclosed landscaped garden of approximately 800 m², featuring a large wooden terrace, outdoor dining and lounge areas, as well as a private heated swimming pool measuring 3 × 6 m.
The pool is available from early May until the end of October. It is closed and covered during the winter season.
