On the mezzanine level is the living room with a small bay window, furnished with a cozy couch, a table, a recliner with a footstool by the window, and a living room cabinet. The kitchen opens off the living area. Also on this level, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) and two wardrobes, as well as the bathroom. In the basement, accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room and with access to the covered terrace, there is a couch, an armchair with a table, a comfortable double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm), and a wardrobe. From the balcony on the mezzanine level, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful park.
Bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and the beach station are all nearby.
