This is a brand new, one bedroom, one bathroom ADU designed specifically with traveling professionals in mind. From the vaulted ceilings to the premium finishes, every detail was chosen to make an extended stay feel like home. The unit is fully turnkey, and as attentive local hosts, we will do our best to accommodate any personalized needs you may have, within reason.
The ADU has its own fully separate, landscaped entry path, giving you privacy and a true sense of your own space. Generous street parking is available right beside the private entrance path, with plenty of room for your vehicle.
Vaulted ceilings rise to nearly 10.5 feet in the living room, giving the entire unit a bright, open, modern feel. Dual mini-split systems let you set two independent climate zones, so you can keep your living area and bedroom at exactly the temperatures you prefer. The HVAC runs quietly, and excellent sound insulation keeps the space calm and restful. The dining table is comfortable and doubles nicely as a spot to work when you need it.
Cook and entertain with ease in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a full size refrigerator with filtered water (extra filters included), a full size induction oven and stove, a built-in vented microwave, and generous storage. You will also find a Keurig (drip coffee maker available on request), pots and pans, and a complete set of dishware and glassware. Everything you need to prepare your own meals is ready and waiting.
Rest and recover on a high-end plush memory foam queen mattress dressed in premium, soft linens (two full sets provided, along with four sleeping pillows). Two nightstands offer power and USB charging for your phone, laptop, and devices, with a lamp on each. Modern pull-down blackout shades on every window make this an ideal space for renters who work night shifts or simply need deep, uninterrupted sleep. The room also includes a 4K TV with Roku, a ceiling fan, overhead lighting, mirrored sliding closet doors, and a vertical closet organizer with five pull-out bins.
