About this apartment rental
Nestled within the rolling hills of Vista, we are 15-20 mins from the beach. Our neighbors have a rooster so you will hear the pleasant crow in the morning & occasional dusk crow. Definitely the best of both quiet mountain living & quick drive to the sand. A walk away from our local park & outdoor theater, Brengle Terrace Park and Moonlight Theater, where you can play disc golf, have a picnic, play basketball, pickle ball, or tennis. There's even a jungle gym for the kids. You can hear the musical rehearsals, performances, & events at Moonlight Theater being an open air stage but not after 10:30 pm. We are located between Legoland and the Safari Park for your visit with the kiddos. Reasonable stays helped me when I was a young professional looking for adventure or R&R, and it has been a great time providing a place for the like-minded since 2016.
Staying in the yurt is like glamping, not quite roughing it as camping, and you should know the bathroom is NOT in the yurt. It is 7 quick steps in the main house and this bathroom is for guests only. I tend to like to let guests enjoy their privacy, but am a quick text away for anything you may need.

This property was super cute and the perfect “adventure” for us. Glamping for sure with a private bathroom located a few steps away. It was cozy and quiet and had all the necessary amenities to make our trip comfortable. Too cold? Turn on the heat! Too warm? Open the skylight and both doors and let the cool ocean breezes inside. No need for using the A/C in November but it’s available! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the peaceful outdoors or cozy indoors. Either way it’s a great place. Kyme our host was very attentive and helpful. She’s super friendly and caring. We will definitely be back!

Yurt is decoarted so cute inside. Lovely view of palm trees and Cali neighborhoods. Interior cools down easily and quickly with AC unit, however we weren't in yurt during peak heat time of day, for full disclosure. Quirt area. Local outdoor theater was performing/practicing a few evenings of our stay, was charming to listen to.

Nice spot! We enjoyed the cozy yurt for 3 nights... it felt very spacious. Amphitheater programming ran until 10:30 but it was interesting and charming... felt like a cabin in the city. Separate bathroom was totally fine. We had wi-fi issues when we arrived and Kyme fixed them promptly and was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Wow!!!What an amazing stay, Kyme has done an amazing job and I could’ve have been more pleased. The view, the seclusion, the welcome and the level of care she has put into making this stay much more than I anticipated.Clean, organized, well thought set up will have me coming back for my next stay to SoCal.
