POOL
• Pool heating available for $30/day (minimum $150/stay)
• Must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in
• Note: Pool heater operates by heat exchange and may not be effective in very cold weather. Refunds are not provided for underperformance due to weather.

BBQ GRILL
• The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station

CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
• The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival
• Mid-stay cleanings available upon request (additional fee)
• Pool is cleaned once per week, usually Mondays (may vary)

STARTER SUPPLIES INCLUDED
This is a self-catering home. We provide an initial supply of:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag in the trash can, small-sized shampoo and conditioner
• Kitchen: 2 garbage bags, sponge, dishwasher soap, paper towel
• Laundry: 1 laundry detergent
• Linens: 1 sheet set per bed, 1 towel per guest (up to house max occupancy)

• 1 Pack ‘n Play

ADDITIONAL INFO
• Check-in instructions sent 2 days before arrival
• Early check-in or late check-out: $117 each, subject to availability
• Pool tech may access exterior during stay (no entry to house)
• For everyone’s safety and compliance with Florida law, parties, events, or any type of live performances are strictly prohibited. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, private screened pool, and both ChampionsGate Resort clubhouses:
• The Oasis Club – Located just a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles) from the home, featuring a lazy river, resort-style pool, water slides, fitness center, restaurant, and more.
• The Retreat Club – Located approximately 5 minutes by car, offering an additional resort-style pool, water slides, dining options, and recreational amenities.

Champions Gate Resort is a prestigious gated community located just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Guests enjoy access to two exclusive clubhouse facilities: The Oasis Club and The Retreat Club, both offering a variety of resort-style amenities for the whole family. Please note: The clubhouse and resort amenities may be temporarily closed due to severe weather, heavy rain, unexpected maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such closures may occur without prior notice and are managed by the resort administration.

Other things to note
CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before your arrival, you will receive a voucher with all check-in instructions via the inbox.

SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide a set of complimentary starter amenities for your convenience upon arrival. These are intended to help you settle in comfortably, and you are only required to purchase additional items if you need more during your stay, there is no need to replace or replenish any items provided.

The initial amenities include:
