Perfect family retreat mins to Disney and Universal in enchanting Champions Gate

Great vacation house, especially for a large group. The pool heat was fantastic the whole time and the hot tub actually heated to be hot when turned on. House was clean and well-kept. Overall fantastic experience

The pool and hot tub was wonderful. We all enjoyed it every day. The house itself was great. The kids and adults were very satisfied with it all. If I came back to Florida I would definitely come back to this house. Steve took care of everything we asked for. The traffic in the area is definitely a drawl back. Every where we went that was 15-20 minutes away took us over an hour or more Nothing you could do about that!!!

This house is a resort in and of itself. We had 8 adults and 6 kiddos in our party. Kids ranged from just turned one year old twins, a three year old, a five year old, a six year old and an eight year old. This house has so many amenities that we didn’t have any kids fighting. We went from a park in the morning to pool in late afternoon and finally a movie in the theater room right before bed. The mattresses are nice and firm, a/c works great, pool and hot tub are huge. Did I mention the game room? All games work and all of the games are two person games so no fighting over it’s my turn. The door leading to outside pool area had an alarm so if any of the kiddos opened the door the alarm would sound. The alarm is piercing but it is such a great safety item. Bedrooms are Disney or Universal themed. The girls especially love the Elsa and Anna room with its icicles hanging from the ceiling. Bathrooms are super colorful and cheery. Although there are tv’s in every bedroom we really only used the main living room tv. There is an additional living room upstairs with a tv. No one used it but it is there if someone wanted to use it.The host, Steve Parks, is very responsive. I had to text Steve once or twice and he responded within 30 minutes. Absolutely everyone had a terrific time and most of it had to do with this house its location and amenities and the great weather.Thanks for the memories Steve.

property was essentially as advertised.the owner was very prompt with responses and for the most part accommodating. and the house had the essentials (towels, dishes, etc.)the neighborhood is nice and secure/gated. and has a pool and lazy river and stuff at the clubhouse. and if it wasn't for 2 issues would've been 5 stars1st. the place was in need of a good deep cleaning.it was "clean" as far as beds changed, counters wiped, dishes clean, etc. like the normal stuff. but under/behind any furniture or anything was dirty, trash and medication found under couch cushions, or under beds and a few other things. the owner did take it seriously when i told him, but it was still concerning since the house is specifically advertised for families with small children. also a couple smoke detector and door alarm batteries needed changing, washer smelled funky, and a couple other deep cleaning or yearly maintenance type things. . 2nd there was a hurricane during the stay, which obviously is not the owners fault, but it affected our scheduled time to leave and we needed an extra half a day for a couple of the people. despite the fact the house was not booked and thered be no loss to the owner he still wanted a large amount for the extra night. youd think after how much the 2 weeks cost already, and the hurricane and the lack of bookings immediately following he could have been more reasonable.
