Self Check-in

Enjoy a smooth and flexible arrival with self check-in from 3:00 pm onwards.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for the secure key safe located at the property. Simply enter the code to collect the keys and let yourself in whenever it’s convenient after check-in time—no need to arrange a meeting or wait for anyone.

The apartment has its own private entrance, making check-in quick, easy and completely hassle-free, so you can start enjoying your stay as soon as you arrive.

Interaction with Guests

Your privacy is important, so you’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves throughout your stay. We won’t be at the property or interrupt your visit.

However, we’re always available if you need us. You can contact your host at any time through the Airbnb app or by phone if you have any questions, need local recommendations, or require assistance during your stay. We aim to respond quickly and are happy to help ensure your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Security Deposit
A £200 refundable security deposit is required for each stay. This will be fully refunded after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Parking
There is no parking available at the property, and the apartment is located within London’s Congestion Charge Zone. If you plan to bring a vehicle, we strongly recommend booking parking well in advance using the Horizon Parking app or another local parking provider, as spaces are limited and can be expensive.

Guests are also responsible for paying any applicable Congestion Charge, ULEZ, or other driving charges directly through the official Transport for London (TfL) website before the relevant deadlines to avoid penalty charges.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight hours, and to treat the apartment as they would their own home.
