Charming Euston

Spacious apartment (apartment 1) which was situated lower ground. Large kitchen/living area and spacious double bedroom. En-suite shower room and separate WC. Outdoor space accessed living room and bedroom. Good location. Cleaned to a reasonable standard. On main road opposite Euston Station. Clear access instructions received via email.

Check out time 10am with no way to store any luggage

The property was convenient for tourists hotspots, public transportation such as trains, subway and bus routes. In addition the property was also clean, good bright light visibility. (For those folk who are aware of our any British and European City criminal activities). Inside the premises was CCTV.

One can’t extrapolate any information obvious dislikes. For I had a short stay. However, I personally did not encounter any issues.

Location perfect. For price and location was perfect Felt secure

Decorations a bit worn Noisy elec fan

The kitchen facilities were more akin to poor AirBnB, an apartment for 4 people, but one two mugs and one was badly chipped and unuseable. A mishmash of cutlery and crockery. No tea towels, no oven gloves (my elderly mother burnt her hand taking an oven tray out of the oven with a bathroom towel as that was all we had available). There were no coffee pods to go with the coffee machine (although the staff did try to get some to the apartment to no avail). The oven only seemed to heat up on one setting (fan oven with grill - but think it was only the grill element that was actually working). The wash basin in the WC needs looking at as every time we tried to turn on the tap, the water sprayed everywhere. At the price I was paying, I had expected to see soap of some sort in both bathrooms. We located some liquid soap in the kitchen and moved that to one bathroom and had to use the shower gel from the shower in the main bathroom. In saying all this, the two members of staff who were in touch were helpful in trying to resolve things, eg on arrival we turned on the kettle and it fused the whole apartment, and Jade organised someone to come address that within the hour.
