We had a really lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location was perfect for what we needed—just a 5-minute walk from Euston Underground and about 10 minutes from St Pancras, which made getting around London super easy. The place itself was clean, bright, and exactly what we were looking for for a short stay. All the instructions provided beforehand were clear and very easy to follow, which made everything smooth from start to finish.

The only small thing to mention is that although checkout was stated as 11am, the cleaner arrived before 9am and then again shortly after. We were leaving around 9:30 anyway, so it didn’t cause a major issue, but it did make us feel a little rushed.

Conveniently located close to Euston and St Pancras train stations and to Camden Town. Very comfortable bed and pillows (albeit small bed). The apartment is a decent size for two people. Shower also great. Kitchen with all the needed amenities (except dishwasher but that is hardly required for a holiday flat). Includes washing machine and a tiny balcony. Heating works well. I appreciated the extra convertors for UK plugs.

Not a nice area. The building is old and very dirty on the outside. It was difficult to find the shop were the keys are (the name was misleadingly making you believe it's in the metro, and the picture was obsolete) and you must check the pictures carefully to identify the exact building. It's very noisy due to the underground trains and people passing on the street (luckily there are few cars as it's a side street). Also the transparent blinds do not keep light away at all at night. The apartment is in general clean and modern, but the windows are very dirty. The kitchen smelled strongly of gas. No hangers for towels in the bathroom. We had to repeat a few times our messages to get an answer from the hosts.

I like the location, very close to underground and train stations. Nice kitchen fully equipped so you can cook everything (good way to save money in London) and good space. The communication was very fast whit the host, the beds where confortable. We arrived really early in the morning and they let us get in before check in time which was really good. Also was nice to have a streaming option on the TV (Netflix).

There was no major problem, but would be helpful if they indicate under the instructions how to open the automatic doors, level them or indicate which color opens which door. Also some manual to use the watching machine and inform if dryer works. There was some clothes rack so I was able to sundry the clothes. I will also add a full size mirror outside de bathroom and an extra small trash can in the room.
