Completely renovated and air-conditioned, this 131m² townhouse offers a prime location on the edge of the old port in a quiet area, only 700m from the Mugel calanque.
With its Provençal style and full equipment, everything has been thought out for your comfort. Leave the car in the car park and enjoy the shops, restaurants, creeks on foot.
It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family, friends or for a business trip. It is only 130m from the shipyard.
Included in the rental: WIFI (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels (no beach), 2 spaces in the private car park and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
IDEAL FOR UP TO 9 PEOPLE
The house is comfortable for up to 9 people with family or friends. Between the 2 terraces, the plancha area, the garden and the large living room, you are spoiled for choice to share a good time with your loved ones or rest to the rhythm of the Mediterranean climate.
The Provençal-style decoration plays between tradition and modernism to please everyone while playing the change of scenery card. There is a family home spirit that you will appreciate.
You will also find on the ground floor a large kitchen open to the living room separated into a dining area and a comfortable lounge area. The whole giving access to the terraces on each side of the house. You will always have a shady corner.
A separate toilet and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) complete this level.
For shipyard professionals, we recommend the house for 6 to 8 people.

It is undeniably the location in a typical area of La Ciotat, very quiet, which offers you all access on foot.
You are a 10-minute walk from the Mugel calanque and its 17-hectare park. The Calanque de Figuerolles is a 15-minute walk away. These are 2 wonderful places to swim and enjoy good moments of idleness in the sun.
The old port and the old town with its pedestrian streets are only 200m away. Here you will find shops, restaurants, bars, markets and great activity all year round, of course even more during the holiday period.
Want to discover the green island or the calanques? The departure of the boats is only 450 m from the house.
A COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREA
So that you can have a good night's sleep, the 3 bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned and equipped with recent and quality bedding.
The ground floor room is not air-conditioned due to its exposure which allows it to have a moderate temperature all year round. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200). It also has a large shower room.
The first floor is dedicated to sleeping. A hall equipped with a large wardrobe serves all the rooms.
The master bedroom offers a very nice surface area with its sleeping area equipped with a bed (160*200) and a TV area equipped with a single bed (80*190). You also have a large wardrobe at your disposal.
The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and the 4th with a bunk bed (90*200).
A bathroom, with a bathtub equipped with a shower column, is to be shared on this floor.
A second independent water closet completes this level.

The house offers 2 private parking spaces inside the property, recommended for standard size vehicles, be careful narrow street for large vehicles.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, only on the terraces. It cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Check-in times: 4pm-7pm. Departure time: 9am-10am.
During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located on the edge of the old port and the old town of La Ciotat.
The old centre can be explored quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the centre being pedestrianised. You will find shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket within walking distance.
We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
