About this villa rental
**Renovated Provençal villa** located in a magnificent avenue lined with plane trees and palm trees. It benefits from an exceptional location 100 m from the fine sandy beaches of La Ciotat.
Its space on one level makes it a friendly holiday spot with family or friends.

- It is a comfortable house: Built in the old style with stone walls, thick shutters, it is perfectly cooled in summer by silent and efficient air fans, and has efficient central heating in mid-season and winter.
You will enjoy a large terrace opening onto an enclosed landscaped garden and the fenced swimming pool where children can frolic in complete safety. The swimming pool is open from May to September, heated to a minimum of 25° depending on the weather.
Maximum sleeps 10 people: 4 main bedrooms with 3 double beds, 4 single beds, 1 sofa bed for 2, 1 cot(s). At your request, we will provide you with an additional room free of charge. (see bed plan with photos).
Composition of the accommodation : Living room, Equipped kitchen,, Garden, 2 Terraces, 4 Bedrooms (+1), 3 Bathrooms, 3 WC, Parking. An adjoining studio is rented to a student from September to June. He has no access to the swimming pool or the garden.
Comfort features: Barbecue, Baby equipment, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Private heated swimming pool, Television, Wi-Fi, table tennis, petanque balls.

Excellent ! We felt at home at once. Comfortable bed, well equipped. Big beautiful garden, fenced in which is perfect if you travel with a dog or small children.3 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.The owner is easy to communicate with and the hostess is very friendly and servideminded

The house is less than a 2-minute walk to a beautiful beach. Other than water from the shower in the hallway bathroom running into the hallway with every use, this place is great. The house is spacious, great pool, and backyard!! We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there on future visits!!

We had a very nice stay in the house with a group of 11 friends to go climbing and hiking. After a active day it was good to have a swim in the sea. There are a lot of beds, but the house is better equipped for a group with small children in my opinion. The garden is really beautiful and spacious.

I stayed in July 2019, our group was 8 family members.
Pros
- The location was great, footsteps from the beach and a short 25min walk into the centre of La Ciotat
- The pool and garden were beautiful and we made extensive use of both
- Right around the corner form a little bakery
- Parking was useful and the street get very busy
Cons
- The house was too hot in the middle of summer. There is no aircon and we were only provided with a couple of fans. We found it hard to sleep.
- The basement bedroom was damp and mouldy, I don't believe they should advertise this as a bedroom, it is not suitable to sleep in.
- Take your own towels, although 'linen' was included we only got 1 old towel per person
Overall it was a beautiful house but we would not no go back at that time of year.
