The 1890 House in Historic Downtown District

Spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home that sleeps 8, built in the 1890s and thoughtfully renovated to deliver modern comfort while preserving the integrity of the original home. This home does require use of stairs to enter and being in home. This home is pet friendly (additional fees for each pet)
-DO NOT access back rooftop patio, Front rooftop patio is for guest use.
- Use all the cookware that you like, just kindly wash it and return it to it’s proper location.
- Please put trash in trash bags and put in trash bin located at the side of the house by garage.
*For guests checking out on or staying on or through Thrusday : On Thursday evenings (or on check out) please roll the bins to the street for trash pick up Friday Morning.
- Set the thermostat`s at whatever makes you comfortable (within reason), just return it at 74 degrees when you leave the house during the summer months. During winter months, please leave heat on 65.
- No Smoking or vaping in the home.
- Do not over fill washer or dryer. Please do not wash white towels with colors.
- Quite time 10pm-8am. Please be respectful to the neighboors during these hours.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear, clothing or linens into the home. Rinse off in outdoor shower.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Put all furniture including patio furniture back in proper location. $75 fee will apply if not done.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Pets are allowed for an additional fee per night. IF pet is found on property and not reported to host a $500 fee per pet will be applied.
- Pet waste left in yard will have a min of $100.00 clean up fee.
-Excessive pet hair in home will result in a charge of $150.00 extra cleaning fee.
-Missing towels will be charged at $15 per towel
