The only areas off limits for our guests are the supply closet, owners’ closet, and garage.

🅿️ Parking: Parking for 4 vehicles in the drive way or 2 vehicles and a boat. Please do not park on the grass.
📶 WiFi & Streaming: High-speed Fiber internet provided. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts.
🔊 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM- 7 AM they are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment.

This house is in a great location just North of the Rockport beach. It was clean, had a well-stocked kithcen and comfortable beds. The yard is well maintained and shaded in the back yard. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in process was amazing. The house was clean and very spacious enough room for my children to run and play. The backyard and patio was a dream it allowed me to have relax time while also watching my children play. The house was well stocked with everything you could think of from laundry detergent even to the butter needed for breakfast. The absolute only thing I would change is to add a tv in the master bedroom.

This was an incredible place to stay for our trip to Rockport! Everything was as listed, communication was top-notch, and home was super clean - has a beautiful outside area for enjoying the weather! Spacious enough that we could all stay out of each other's way. Everything we could have asked for with our stay - highly recommend! Book with them - you won't be sorry!
