Nice property for stay in Rockport

The home was old and moderately upgraded. It had a very noticeable musty smell. The large couch in the living area was significantly stained. The HVAC thermostat was not working when we arrived. Guest bath water flow at the sink was minimal. Lamps and ceiling lights in one bedroom with burned out bulbs and no replacements. The owner, however, was very accessible and responsive but didn’t seem to be aware of all the existing issues. I he sent over batteries to fix the thermostat and I replaced them and googled how to program the thermostat. I think if you don’t mind the smell and if the above issues are addressed it would be an ok place to stay.
