Relax and unwind in this cozy home nestled in the small town of Renick, West Virginia. Conveniently located near the Greenbrier River and Greenbrier River Trail, this home is the perfect place to experience the beauty of the Mountain State while remaining just a short drive from shopping, dining, and some of West Virginia's most scenic destinations.
The space:
This comfortable one-story home features three bedrooms and one full bathroom, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a peaceful getaway. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, two twin beds, and a comfortable couch in the third bedroom.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch or gather around the backyard fire pit after a day of hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, or sightseeing. The home is pet-friendly and offers a welcoming space to relax after your adventures.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and basic cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Guests can also enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, breakfast items, snacks, bottled water, and other kitchen staples to help you settle in. Starlink Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and parking for multiple vehicles are also provided for your convenience.
The property offers two parking areas: one at the main entrance on Fourth Street and another accessible from Bluegrass Street. Self check-in is available through a lockbox located on the front porch.

Guests have access to the entire home, yard, covered front porch, and backyard fire pit. Parking is available in either of the two driveways. For added peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed outside the home. Self check-in is available using the lockbox on the front porch.

The Greenbrier River and Trail are just minutes away, offering opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, and peaceful walks through some of West Virginia's most beautiful scenery.
Just 1.5 miles up the trail, you'll find local caves and the popular Tom Taylor Swimming Hole, a favorite spot to cool off during the warmer months.
